1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • Beyond this window, returns or exchanges may not be accommodated.

2. When Can You Return or Exchange?

We gladly accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is delivered damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong quantity.

3. Condition of Return

To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unused, with all original tags intact.
  • Packaged with its manuals, warranty card, accessories, and invoice.
  • Ready for inspection upon receipt.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Notify us within 3 days of delivery via email or phone.
  2. Please include your order number, delivery date, and reason for return.
  3. We’ll arrange a reverse pick-up through our courier partner.
  4. Carefully repackage the item with the invoice attached.
  5. Once received, our team will conduct a quality inspection within 2 business days.

5. Post-Inspection Outcomes

  • Accepted Return: We will process an exchange or refund based on your preference.
  • Rejected Return: If issues are found (e.g., used condition, missing accessories), we’ll ship the product back to you—you’ll need to cover return shipping.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) within 2 business days of approval.
  • The amount should reflect in your account within 2–4 business days of processing.
  • If the cancellation occurs after dispatch, shipping charges amounting to 8% of the product value will be deducted from the refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order before shipment—full refund will be issued.
  • If you cancel after shipment, the shipment charge (8% of the item value) is deductible before refund.

  • Products must be returned in their original, saleable condition.
  • Shipping charges for return are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
