- Beyond this window, returns or exchanges may not be accommodated.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item is delivered damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong quantity.
3. Condition of Return
To qualify, the product must be:
- Unused, with all original tags intact.
- Packaged with its manuals, warranty card, accessories, and invoice.
- Ready for inspection upon receipt.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery via email or phone.
- Please include your order number, delivery date, and reason for return.
- We’ll arrange a reverse pick-up through our courier partner.
- Carefully repackage the item with the invoice attached.
- Once received, our team will conduct a quality inspection within 2 business days.
5. Post-Inspection Outcomes
- Accepted Return: We will process an exchange or refund based on your preference.
- Rejected Return: If issues are found (e.g., used condition, missing accessories), we’ll ship the product back to you—you’ll need to cover return shipping.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) within 2 business days of approval.
- The amount should reflect in your account within 2–4 business days of processing.
- If the cancellation occurs after dispatch, shipping charges amounting to 8% of the product value will be deducted from the refund.

- You may cancel your order before shipment—full refund will be issued.
- If you cancel after shipment, the shipment charge (8% of the item value) is deductible before refund.
